I offer effective therapy to help those struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, addiction, and personality/mood disorders. These therapy interventions help individuals and couples learn; communication skills, boundaries, grounding, emotional regulation, thought processing, and to see themselves and the world around them differently.
My job is to be your guide while you grow and reach the goals that you want for yourself. As a clinical counselor, I have worked with many individuals, and couples, struggling with negative patterns, high dysfunction, grief, and conflict.
