After years of helping people while working for various agencies, in 2022 I opened my own practice to work directly with adults and seniors who want to better manage their lives, and to learn how to thrive and enjoy life. Often drawing on all of my prior experience working in the legal system, my own history of substance abuse and recovery, domestic violence and numerous major life changes and health issues as well as being a mom and grandmother. My practice focuses on recovery from substances, grief & loss therapy, parent coaching, guidance through the criminal justice system, and dealing with change at any life stage
I most often use a solution-focused model which includes Acceptance Commitment Therapy, CRAFT (Community Reinforcement Approach Family Therapy), and Life Management Skill Building.
I truly want to help people figure out their own path, and navigate the complexities and hazards of modern day life.
