My focus is on supporting individuals and families navigating anxiety, trauma, domestic violence, and relationship challenges. My work began in a nonprofit domestic violence shelter, where I supported individuals and families in crisis and developed a deep commitment to providing safe, compassionate care. I strive to create a space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to heal from trauma, including intergenerational and culturally rooted experiences.
My approach is collaborative, humanistic, and tailored to each client’s needs and goals. I integrate evidence-based modalities such as EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Narrative Therapy to support meaningful change.
