I have over 18 years of experience working in the mental health, behavioral health, and substance abuse field. I work with adolescents, adults, and the geriatric community. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental, place using an eclectic counseling approach to meet the needs of every individual, helping clients to develop the needed coping skills/strategies to face and overcome daily challenges.
