My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe, welcoming space to help you explore the challenges that experiencing anxiety, depression or trauma can create. I believe that the best tool to use in therapy is the one that fits you and your unique challenges the best. I am going to take the lead from you on what therapy should be and how you can best be helped.
Our first session together will be an opportunity for you to meet me and decide if I am the right therapist for you. We will talk about your current challenges and goals and how we can work towards them.
I have been a therapist for more than 10 years. My strengths lie in my ability to connect with a broad range of people and to adjust what we are doing to meet their unique challenges. I am astounded daily by the strength and courage that my clients have to meet the challenges they face.
