I work with teens and adults to provide a safe space to step out of the chaos of life and sort through current struggles. I help with stress, anxiety, depression, negative self-talk, low self-esteem and self-worth, self injury, and trauma. I am a support to help work through day-to-day difficulties, career and school challenges, breakups, difficult relationships with family and friends, and major life changes. My work as a trauma therapist, family therapist, and high school counselor, has allowed me to support my clients through life's various obstacles.
I have spent the last decade as a Licensed Professional Counselor helping individuals lead more fulfilled lives. My counseling style is warm and interactive. You will be treated with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and you will walk away from our sessions with deeper insight into your thoughts, feelings and behaviors.
