I am committed to working collaboratively to help my clients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. Always using a trauma-informed approach, I bring my years of experience in the healthcare setting and in oncology support services to help clients find hope and meaning in the face of a crisis. Whether managing a life transition or serious illness, mourning the loss of a loved one, or processing the end of a relationship, my training supports individuals managing a range of stressors and losses. I have support group facilitation experience with bereavement, cancer and divorce.
One size does not fit all and I tailor my interventions based on the needs of my clients. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, strengths-based counseling and narrative therapy to create a safe environment that is consistently focused on offering guidance in a non-judgmental and supportive manner. I am licensed in NY and CT.
I look forward to partnering with you in your care and helping you achieve your goals.
