Do you ever feel anxious, upset, or stuck without the right words to explain what you’re going through? Have you wanted to find a way to express and communicate what’s inside in a way that feels authentic to you and at the same time feel understood? I’m passionate about helping teens, adults, and parents feel seen, supported, and empowered to live full and joyful lives. I've been doing this work for 13 years and I specialize in working with neurodivergent clients (particularly late identified), as well as people navigating anxiety, perfectionism and self-esteem challenges.
As an art therapist, I will support you with a warm, trauma-informed approach, blending art making, talking, creativity, humor, and curiosity with techniques from CBT, DBT, narrative therapy, IFS, and Adlerian therapy. Together, we'll explore your story, address unhelpful patterns, and create strategies that align with your strengths and values.
As a late-identified neurodivergent person myself, and a parent of a neurodivergent teen, walking my own ongoing path of self-compassion, I understand how confusing and isolating it can feel. I also know how empowering it is to really understand yourself or your child and have the tools to support growth and healing. I’m excited to begin this work with you!

Clay Finger Labyrinth Workshop
Join us for a relaxing and creative small-group experience where you'll learn to design and sculpt your own clay finger labyrinth. The group is for adults and capped at 6 participants. A labyrinth is a personal tool that can be used to support meditation, grounding, and reflection. Using simple techniques and natural materials, participants explore the soothing, mindful process of working with clay and its calming tactile benefits.
