I help children, adolescents, adults and families with a wide range of issues, including anxiety and depression, school and behavioral challenges, life transitions and developmental delays, and family and relationship concerns. My work is informed by cognitive behavioral therapy, dynamic psychotherapy, family systems, and mind-body approaches.
