I am dedicated to providing competent and compassionate care to individuals (3+), families, and couples. I believe that connecting our mind and body has a salient impact on how we regulate our emotions and control reactions. As a trauma-certified therapist, I'm well-prepared to navigate the complex impacts of traumatic experiences.

I have extensive experience with the neurodivergent population and offer empathic support to individuals, families, and couples. I work through an attachment lens and collaborate well with systems to create a safe, effective space for growth, understanding, and connection.

This is an open group to give mothers a supportive and safe environment. Sharing experiences in a safe space with other mothers who understand the challenges can lessen feelings of isolation and provide valuable tips. This group can offer emotional support and encouragement, reminding you that you are not alone in this journey. It is $25 each session and we meet biweekly. Wednesdays 7pm and Saturday 10:30am.
