My counseling style emphasizes the importance of well-being and overall health (including mind, body, spirit). As not only a licensed counselor but also a certified yoga instructor, I focus on the person as a whole, helping you find new tools for letting go or coping with life's struggles.
I utilize a person-centered approach to counseling, meaning my clients are the expert in my office. I use emotionally-focused techniques to help identify prominent patterns in your life and create new experiences within session to change these patterns into more positive experiences.
