I want to be a safe place and a refuge for my clients to feel free and open to discuss whatever is keeping them feeling stuck. My goal is to help them heal and overcome the difficulties that bring them into my office by being an ally, a supporter, and a trusted confidante. I believe the power of healing largely lies in the relationship a client, no matter their age, has with their therapist and I hold that responsibility very highly. I want my clients to feel heard, seen, and validated during our work together.
I work with a wide variety of difficulties, ages, and life situations but have extensive training and experience in the treatment of trauma. I use a laid-back style, non- judgmental perspective, and collaborative approach to help clients feel more at ease with the therapy process and that they are an active participant in their journey to healing.
I understand that starting therapy can feel intimidating and it is sometimes hard to take that first step, but it is a worthwhile and life-changing decision. Please reach out if I can be of any help. You deserve to live a happy, fulfilled life and I would be honored to be a part of the process to help you reach your goals.
