Getting started with a therapist can be overwhelming and I hope to make the experience as easy as possible. I provide therapy through telehealth and enjoy working with adolescents, young adults, adults and parents. I specializes in treating obsessive compulsive disorder, depression, anxiety, and trauma and attachment. I have additional training and interest in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, parenting skills and Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy.
I look forward to helping you or your adolescent create goals and move toward a happier, healthier life. I have a special interest in incorporating creative methods into the therapeutic process including dance and movement, art, play, and horticultural therapy, even through telehealth.
