Life is complex and full of difficulty—even things are going well. For most of the people I work with, the normal difficulties of life have become compounded by the systemic and longterm consequences of abuse, neglect, and oppression. Therapy provides a relational space where you can explore all the deep and complicated layers of who you are. Gradually, we'll start to map your inner and outer landscapes, locate what feels chaotic, and orient towards what feels true for you.
Therapy with me is a highly interactive and relational process where you’re met with curiosity and acceptance. I offer a space where you're welcome to talk about—and question—anything. I specialize in working with adults with a wide range of issues, including complex trauma, sexuality, grief, spirituality, sexual abuse, and relationship issues.
I work with folks individually, in relationship counseling, and in weekly, ongoing process groups. More and more, I find I am working with those who are sensitive to - and feel the pain of - being alive during such uncertain times on this planet.
