I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 16 years of experience working in the mental health, behavioral health, and substance abuse fields. I work with the adult and geriatric community, sharing words of wisdom to help individuals find clarity, cope, and overcome life’s stressors. I hold a Doctoral degree in Professional Counseling with a concentration in trauma, grief, and loss, in addition to two Master's degrees. I am also licensed as a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC), Spiritual Director (SD), Master Addictions Counselor (MAC), and Certified Anger Management Specialist (AMS-C). My therapeutic approach is eclectic.
