Being a therapist is an incredible honor. My approach is influenced by a humanistic school of thought, and I employ a person-centered approach to counseling. I view my role in therapy as a helper assisting clients in finding lasting solutions that bring empowerment beyond one specific situation. I use techniques from modalities such as SFT, MBCBT, and Interpersonal Psychotherapy.
