I enjoy working with clients to make meaning of their life experiences, cultivating greater understanding, compassion, and sense of choice.
Therapy is a unique practice and invitation. I believe that the relationship between therapist and client plays a central role in change. I strive to create a therapeutic relationship where clients feel both accepted where they are and empowered to try out new ways of being.
