I am an LPC located in the Stillwater, Oklahoma area and also provide therapy via online, Zoom, etc. I am trained in Solution-Focused, CBT, Client-centered, Hypnotherapy and play techniques. I have had Trauma-focusee training as well. Therapy isn't a one-size-fits-all. I prefer to combine techniques to fit my clients goals.
I prefer a small private atmosphere where my clients feel at home and comfortable. I believe a space should be as inviting as the therapist and elicit a sense of calmness.
