My practice is built on the basis of meeting the individual(s) where they are at and utilizing an eclectic model of therapy, including Cognitive Behavioral /Dialectical Behavioral Therapies, Supportive Counseling, Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma-Informed and Client-Centered strategies, Crisis Interventions, and Emotional Freedom Techniques.
In addition to face-to-face counseling on the Big Island, I also provide telehealth services throughout the State of Hawaii.
