I bring a sense of warmth, humor and an anti-oppression framework in providing trauma-informed therapy. I believe trauma, historical contexts, oppression, bias, and privilege are in the mix with us in our life journey. I am passionate about helping people achieve their goals & create a fuller, richer & more meaningful life.
I work with people who hold a wide array of complex identities and in particular with those who are LGBTQ+ identified. I am committed to the field of domestic violence/intimate partner violence. I am trained to help clients develop healthy relational styles and skills that lead to an increased sense of connection and security and feeling understood.
Many come to therapy wondering if their experiences are "normal." While it can be reassuring to know you are not alone, it is empowering to choose your own path. I can help you understand past relationship patterns & learned strategies for self-protection & the ways in which these methods of self-protection may interfere with your relationships today.

Full Moon Drop in Support Group
This group is for all female, trans, non-binary identified participants. We welcome the full spectrum of womanhood, including straight, gay, bi-sexual, queer and trans women. This is an opportunity to experience the healing medicine of being part of a growing community. Members are invited to share their experiences, give and receive support, discover they are not alone. The space is co-created and meant to empower each member to offer their own teaching if/when they feel called to lead.
