The Other Side of Care: Support for Caregivers

This group is for adults caregivers supporting loved ones with illness or medical challenges. It's a safe space to process emotions, explore grief, and understand caregiving's emotional toll. Weekly sessions for 10 weeks in a small group setting. Starts Jan 31 and meets virtually on Saturdays from 10-11 a.m. $35 per session or $300 up front. Cigna and Aetna accepted.
