The choices you’ve made to survive aren’t failures; they’re adaptations that once kept you safe. You’re working with behaviors that once served a purpose, even if they’re no longer helping. Together, we’ll look at what those patterns are trying to protect or provide for you, and we’ll identify more effective ways to meet those needs so you can move forward.

Some experiences are too overwhelming for talking to create real change. That’s why I use a combination of EMDR and Brainspotting to help your brain and body actually resolve what happened. As we work through those memories, you’ll build skills to stay grounded, reduce emotional reactivity, and feel more in control of your day‑to‑day life.

Not looking for ongoing therapy? I also offer single-session therapy for clients who want focused support around a specific concern, decision, or challenge. In one intentional session, we can clarify what’s happening, identify practical next steps, and help you move forward with greater insight and direction—without committing to ongoing therapy.
