I am a Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in relationships and intimacy. With years of clinical experience, I can help you to heal from anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, feeling stuck, or relationship issues, including infidelity, complex trauma, and abuse. I have many years of clinical experience working with diverse individuals and couples. My clients love my authenticity and healing space to grow in a safe space that aligns with their goals and values.
My approach is grounded in emotion-focused, attachment-based modalities and integrates wellness, somatic experiencing, blending existential and spiritual philosophies. I bring a fresh multicultural perspective and enjoy helping individuals and relationships heal from infidelity, trauma, attachment injuries, PTSD, anxiety, and sexual struggles.
I am Certified in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFCT, EFIT) and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I have advanced clinical training in Brainspotting and Trauma, Attachment Injury Repair Model, PREPARE-ENRICH, Gottman model, Discernment Counseling, Pastoral Counseling, and Existential Therapy. I am currently pursuing my Ph.D. in Counselor Education.
