I understand how tough it can be to manage stress, loss, or anxiety, that’s why I create a safe, welcoming space where you can heal and grow. As the daughter of Vietnamese refugees, I also have a special place in my heart for Asian Americans who are working through family challenges and generational struggles. I help my clients understand and heal from the past so they can move forward with confidence.
True healing happens when we take care of our mind, body, and spirit. I combine traditional therapy with mindfulness, meditation, and movement to help you feel balanced and supported in your journey. I am also trained in Brainspotting, Parts and Memory, and Trauma-Informed Yoga, all of which help my clients process emotions in a deep and lasting way.
