My approach draws from 20+ years of experience and training in psychodynamic, mindfulness and cognitive-behavioral treatments including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I work with individual adults of all ages and couples struggling with a variety of mental health issues and challenging life events and transitions.
