Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. I help clients understand what they are experiencing, build practical coping skills, strengthen relationships, and regain a sense of control. My clinical experience includes therapeutic high schools, PHP/IOP programs, care management, and mental health clinics. I work with adolescents, adults, and families navigating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PMDD, anger, addiction, self-harm, relationship challenges, and life and career transitions.

I specialize in trauma therapy, EMDR, DBT, anxiety, depression, ADHD, emotional regulation, and addiction. My advanced training includes DBT, DBT for substance use disorders, complex trauma, (ARC) (Attachment, Self-Regulation, & Competency, and vicarious trauma. I am EMDR trained through the EMDR Institute and a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist (CCTS-I).
