My approach is psychodynamic and trauma-informed. We look beyond symptoms to the unconscious patterns organizing your life: the roles you adopted, the loyalties you carry, the compromises you made to belong. I can sit with the thing you hide from your spouse, your colleagues, and sometimes from yourself.
With over 25 years of experience, my style is thoughtful but direct. We explore how early experiences shape present choices, how defenses protect and limit you, and how unprocessed trauma lives in the nervous system.
