I work with individuals, couples, and groups of people who are 18 years and older. In addition to being certified in EMDR and Internal Family Systems Therapy, I am a trained facilitator for the Mindfulness Based-Eating Awareness Training (MB-EAT), an evidence-based treatment program for sustainable weight loss without dieting.
