I specialize in supporting clients heal from trauma they have experienced. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing Therapy. I also utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as I support clients in shifting their mindset and engaging in new behavioral patterns that better fit their life goals.
