I am a psychotherapist and body centered therapist in private practice with over 20 years experience in the Chicagoland area. I remain curious and open to exploring how your energy field, psychology and nervous system interrelate and move toward wholeness. I provide individual, group and family therapy to adults, adolescents and children to build innate resiliency and re-regulate the nervous system relevant to issues of Developmental Trauma, Complex PTSD, Prenatal / Birth Trauma, Accidents, and Pre/Post Op Medical Procedures.
My therapeutic goal as an SE Practitioner beyond traditional psychotherapy sessions is to build each individual’s self-healing and self-regulating capacity by discharging stored excess energy from the nervous system to alleviate physical tension, anxiety or pain.
My work is influenced by my empathic nature, intuitive healing, Somatic Experiencing and Touch work. As a resourceful consultant and compassionate speaker in various environments I draw upon these roles to educate people who have experienced trauma in their lives.
