I have had 25 years experience in mental health treatment working as a crisis counselor, in outpatient and inpatient levels of care, with Elders, Adults, Adolescents in groups, as well as individual treatment. I am also a Certified EMDR therapist for trauma, anxiety, grief, and other issues based on negative personal beliefs.
