In my work with children, I incorporate play therapy and behavior interventions. I also provide parent coaching to reduce challenging behaviors and improve communication and functioning in the family. In my work adults, I offer a safe space to heal the wounds of past trauma. I also provide coping skills to assist in stressful life events. I utilize an integrated approach to meet the individual needs of each client.
I have done extensive research on the effects of stress and anxiety and presented this research nationally. I hold a Master's Certification in Behavior Analysis. I am an Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist and an ADHD Assessment/Evidenced Informed Treatment Specialist.
