I am a licensed professional counselor with a masters in counseling psychology. I have been working as a therapist for 20+ years. I am passionate about helping women navigate the various stages of their life, especially the perimenopausal period. Women go through a variety of changes physically, emotionally, and mentally during this time in ways that are often misunderstood even by experienced therapists. I have dedicated time and energy to understanding how this transition effects us and how to navigate it with a sense of power and optimism. I have the tools and knowledge to empower you to be the best version of yourself.

Women have received so much misinformation over the years regarding the perimenopausal transition. There is so much outdated information out there that does not help us. I have the most up to date information on how to navigate this transition in life with a sense of health and well being. This time of life can be the best time if we get what we need.
