I have worked with individuals across the life span challenged by depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, abuse, and life changing situations. While utilizing a holistic approach, sessions often focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and integrate elements of EMDR, mindfulness, self-acceptance and solution focused.
