I am an exceptional listener, mentor and guide who works with people dealing with depression, mood disorders, anxiety, and addiction. My practice is patient-centered: I am trained in a number of treatment modalities, but they can only be effective if an honest, trusting relationship is forged between me and my patient. Creating that relationship cannot be one-sided; it must be collaborative. My first order of business when meeting a new client is to begin developing trust on both sides. I ask questions. I listen. I offer honest feedback. I keep my mind and heart open.

My therapeutic goal is to empower my clients to life their lives fully. My approach is non- judgmental and eclectic, drawing on various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational interviewing and MIndfulness. I am warm, compassionate, and grounded. I often use humor as an icebreaker and therapeutic tool, but also because I like to laugh.
With close to 20 years of clinical experience, I understand how to establish strong relationships with individuals, couples and families struggling with life's challenges, as am I. Let's begin a journey together!
