I have been in the field for 17 years and my background includes working in many different facets of the field including the legal system, substance abuse treatment, case management, residential and inpatient treatment, and now private practice. I am passionate about the field and enjoy passing my knowledge and experience on to new therapists as a Licensure Supervisor.

My main areas of specialty include working with teenagers, ADHD, anxiety, LGBTQ+, mood disorders, and substance abuse.
I believe that counseling is beneficial to everyone, but having a willingness to get outside of your comfort zone is essential to growth. I am a very person centered therapist and believe in treating each client with unconditional positive regard.
