As a therapist and progressive clergy, I believe in a holistic approach to healing—caring for the mind, soul, and body. I specialize in supporting individuals through grief, anxiety, and depression, LGBTQI+ identity/ expression, parenting frustrations, adjustment disorders, adoption (I am both a birth mother and adoptive mother of 9 amazing kiddos) or just navigating the times we live in. I also enjoy working in the area of religion, spirituality or deconstructing a faith tradition which no longer serves you. Give me a call! See if we are a good fit!
With a deep commitment to providing compassionate, affirming, and trauma-informed care, I will journey along side of you and offer a listening ear and psychologically sound support. I believe that inner healing is possible! As a culture, we are often disconnected from our body- and so my practice always includes some somatic/body work.
My work is rooted in the understanding that healing is both personal and communal, and I strive to create a safe, inclusive space for all. I want to help clients to deepen their self-awareness, uncover core motivations, and develop practical tools for personal and spiritual growth. I am here to be a conversation partner with empathy!
