I firmly believe that mental health is an important aspect of overall health and wellbeing. As a Latinx, bilingual psychotherapist, I also know how difficult it is to seek support and honor the courage it takes to show up for yourself in this way. I enjoy working with individuals from diverse populations struggling with anxiety and depression as well as relational difficulties through a trauma-focused, culturally responsive lens. Additionally, I have a clinical focus on women's health issues, specifically issues related to perimenopause and post-menopause.
