During Covid, I am working from home doing teletherapy. Watch for my cell number when I return phone calls! It's (952) area code. I am an experienced psychotherapist who specializes in a thoughtful, in depth approach unique to each individual. We will work together to help you understand yourself, your relationships and what is really going on inside of you. I focus on inner change. We will expect profound and fundamental personal change and growth. I have had my Ph.D. degree in Clinical Psychology since 1983. I work with adults, couples and famlies.
Common problems I work on include: changing repeating patterns of problems and coping which are not working, stopping self destructive behavior, preventing the past from interfering with the present, healing painful emotional experiences and trauma, self understanding, improving relationships and taking control of your life.
I will provide you with a safe environment where feeling understood and cared for is primary. Learn to improve yourself and your life, gain greater control over your life, find real joy and become more productive and creative through therapy. I have recieved "Best of Wayzata" for 8 years.
