I use a psychodynamic approach and cognitive behavioral techniques with clients. Psychodynamic, psychoanalytic and relational theories inform my thinking. I use mind-body techniques to help learn how to reduce your stress level and self-regulate emotions and your physical self.

Chronic Immune Issues (Starts 9/13/22 for 8 weeks)
This group is open to clients who have a chronic immune issue - i.e., Crohn's disease, Ulcerative Colitis, MS, Lupus, post Cancer treatment, or other issue affecting the immune system. This will include mind-body practices and pain management techniques. Limited to 4 clients. This will be a 6-week group with option to extend. 10am Pacific; 1pm Eastern

We'll explore how your family of origin affects your relationship style and support you to grow and evolve in your relationships. Techniques will be offered to help you learn how to set boundaries, communicate more effectively, and increase vulnerability for the health of a relationship. Limited to 5 clients.
