Announcement icon I've been doing TeleHealth for 8 years and find them very effective. I use a HIPPA compliant video service.

About

I provide TeleHealth Services to people wanting to tackle complex issues like Addiction, Codependency, Trauma, Sexuality, Unmanageable Stress and Anxiety, Aging, Feeling Intimidated by Life Transitions, or Feeling Stuck, and wanting to make personal or career changes. In doing therapy with people, I partner with a person or couple, working collaboratively to explore options to fit your needs and bring you where you want to be, and how you want to be, in your life. I use Brainspotting & various talk therapies. Learning is important to me so over the years I've added specialties and tools so I can be more effective with you.
I have learned: 1) Trauma often leads to painful patterns of behavior, 2) Addiction is a "Family Disease" - affecting everyone & 3) Addiction is a Brain Disease affecting your emotions, thinking, judgment, and spirit. From there I branched out into anxiety, trauma, couples, codependency, life transitions, aging, stress, sexuality, and LGBTQ issues.
I'm a knowledgeable, compassionate, non-judgmental, and experienced clinician who begins with what you want to work on. My beliefs are: 1) Addiction is a brain disease, not a shameful affliction, 2) Your keys to healing are already inside you, and 3) Mistakes are opportunities to learn, rather than opportunities for beating yourself up or shaming yourself.
