I’m a licensed clinical psychologist with over a decade of experience helping adults who are ready to make meaningful change—but need support getting started. I am located in Upper St. Clair, in the South Hills of Pittsburgh, and can meet virtually as well. Whether you’re struggling with substance use, chronic pain, anxiety, depression, or just feeling stuck, you don’t have to face it alone.

I enjoy working with college students, Veterans, clients experiencing substance use concerns, and clients suffering from chronic pain as well as anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. I offer comprehensive ADHD evaluations for adults, providing tailored treatment recommendations based on your unique needs.

It is important to me to hold a supportive, non-judgmental space where we can explore what’s holding you back and build practical strategies to move forward.
