Accepting new clients for Fall 2025. I work with high-achieving students and professionals who may seem successful outwardly but often feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or unfulfilled. Many are managing anxiety, trauma, burnout, or major life transitions that challenge their sense of self and purpose. Using Functional Analytic Psychotherapy (FAP), I focus on our real-time connection as a powerful tool for emotional growth and lasting change. Together, we’ll deepen your self-awareness, strengthen meaningful relationships, and help you build a courageous, authentic life grounded in your values, true potential, and deepest aspirations.
I offer psychological assessments for teens, college/graduate/professional students, and professionals to assess for ADHD, learning conditions, and performance concerns (e.g., high stakes-exams). Evaluations identify areas of strengths and weakness, clarify diagnoses, and provide comprehensive recommendations, as well as school and workplace accommodations.
My approach focuses on cultivating authentic, caring, and open experiences to develop better ability to connect more meaningfully within one's life and relationships. I blend an integrative healing philosophy with humanistic, interpersonal, and behavioral methods to further create a space in therapy for an individual to feel courageous, connected, and whole.
