Navigating motherhood is a journey full of beautiful moments, but it can also come with its own set of challenges. As a therapist specializing in pregnancy, postpartum, and the transitions of motherhood, I offer a safe, non-judgmental space for mothers to heal, grow, and rediscover themselves during this transformative time. I work with women dealing with anxiety, depression, birth trauma, pregnancy and postpartum challenges, self-esteem struggles and life transitions. I enjoy working women, especially moms, to empower them to feel more confident with their emotions and in themselves, overall.
I have 10 years of experience providing group and individual counseling to a variety of ages. I have specialized training in maternal mental health. I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I’m also trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness and Motivational Interviewing.
My approach is compassionate, relatable and genuine while working with you. My direct and kind personality will help you feel comfortable and supported throughout the therapeutic process. My goal is to provide a non-judgmental and person-centered space in which you feel heard, understood and believed.

Getting Your Pink Back
8 Week Therapeutic Group for Postpartum Mom’s who want to feel like themselves again and “get their pink back.” Flamingos lose their pink color after giving birth and taking care of their young because a lot of their energy is focused on their chicks. This group will provide 8 educational sessions focused on providing skills for pregnant and postpartum mothers struggling with anxiety, depression, guilt, overwhelm and intrusive thoughts. Spring 2026 group is currently FULL.
