For over 15 years I have worked with adolescents, adults, families and couples heal through telling their stories and gaining mastery over their trauma and issues to get to a healthier place in their lives. I am also a certified Problem Solving Therapy practitioner.
I have extensive mental health experience: in out-patient medical clinics working with people with chronic illnesses, employee assistance programs and community mental health clinics and in private practice.
