Have you tried traditional talk therapy but felt stuck, like you were just talking in circles? I use evidence-based techniques, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Exposure Response and Prevention (ERP) to help individuals (age 10+) work toward lasting healing. I enjoy working with adults of all generations and I’m not a therapist who just nods along; I believe in asking the hard questions and helping you face what’s holding you back.
My approach is compassionate, direct, and creative, and I specialize in working with clients experiencing PTSD, grief, anxiety, OCD, and difficulties transitioning to adulthood. I utilize a combination of EMDR, CBT, ERP, and solution-focused therapy, but can integrate other forms of therapy, such as faith-based therapy, depending on client interest.
