Maybe you’re a spouse, family member, or caregiver-someone deeply affected by the diagnosis of a loved one. You might be facing anticipatory grief as you prepare for an uncertain future, feeling unimaginable grief after a recent loss, or struggling with unresolved trauma- all while trying to rediscover meaning, identity, & purpose. You don't have to do this alone. I am licensed in both NC and VA.
