I provide therapy to adults who are ready to create profound, lasting change within themselves. Do you identify as a high achiever or a people pleaser? Do you find yourself going from over-working to zoned out and disconnected? Does it feel like no matter how hard you work or how much you do, you never feel good enough? Parts of you want to feel more connected and joyful, while other parts of you keep you distracted and disconnected. I help highly motivated individuals learn to understand themselves and resolve the conflict inside of them.
Please meet my work companion, Lil Baby Jam Jam, who is frequently in attendance during therapy appointments,
I support individuals with the symptoms of stress, self-esteem, trauma, relationship struggles, and addiction. My training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Clinical Hypnotherapy will help us get to the heart of the matter, explore your past, grow in confidence, and build healthy skills.
