I would consider it a privilege to get to walk alongside you in your journey towards restoration, strength, and healing. I view the counseling process as a joint effort, led by the client, working together toward a common goal. We will work together to personalize your treatment plan. I genuinely care about each one of my clients. I utilize a combination of Internal Family Systems and EMDR to help clients deal with trauma.
Most of my work deals with early childhood developmental trauma and exploring how these early childhood experiences are still playing out today. My areas of focus include healing from trauma, anxiety, grief & loss, setting boundaries, and codependent issues. I enjoy working with the adult population.
We will explore negative beliefs that are no longer beneficial and keep a client stuck. We will replace them with positive beliefs that move a client towards growth. We will explore the impact from past traumas and release the power that these memories have on your current life. I look forward to hearing from you!
