My approach to therapy is holistic, individualized, intersectional, and super collaborative. This means I work to take bits and pieces of different types of therapy and different perspectives in order to create a unique space for each client, while focusing on your entire self, your story, and the intersections of your identities and lived experiences.
I am a licensed clinical social worker, specializing in the treatment of adolescents and adults with anxiety disorders, OCD, mood disorders, trauma related disorders, disordered eating, life transitions, and relationship concerns. I am particularly passionate about working with other members of the LGBTQIA+ community and am a HAES-aligned provider.
